You're Going Down at Six Flags

Hi y-all.... this is the 2nd blog .... just wanted to check in and chat awhile.  I've been busy on Flickr, and my blogs this morning.  Now to take a short nap, and hopefully with laying on the heating pad, my old back will be renewed so I can use my Cricut Personal Cutter and create some cards to go along with the digital design files I posted.  And complete a b-day card and make a Father's Day card or two or three.  Really need to send one to my son who is in the 'glorious' country of Iraq right now.

Tuesday

Hi .... don't really have much to say.... back is killing me, and Ellie's in a lot of pain, even though she doesn't complain.  We're two old ladies just getting around here.

Figure out something for supper, take some more pain medication for my poor old back and than mess around with my Cricut or laptop .... whichever strikes my fancy.

A cheery good morning to everybody.  Another hot, humid day.  Done the laundry, cleaned up after making breakfast and now to take care of the trash.

Ellie has her doctor appt at 2:30 p.m. this afternoon ... hopefully she will be able to get some muscle relaxing medicine to help with the muscle spasms she's been having since Sunday morning.  Done way too much on Saturday - should've stayed home from Tennessee.  It was not a profitable day for any of us ... I was upset with Glenda as she seemed to be 'mad' at me.  Can't tolerate her pouting for 2 days last week .... oh well.... such is life.

I would love to rolling in money right now... paying off all these bills is exacting.  Need to check the bank account to see if a check cleared from the collection agency in California .... they can't dun me for more money.... keeping all the paperwork and filing it.

Good morning on a dreary Sunday morning.  I'm sitting here at my good ole laptop checking e-mail, Facebook and listening to the chirping of a dead battery!! 

Ellie's still in bed sleeping - if not up in 45 minutes I will go knocking on her door.  She doesn't usually sleep this long, but.... it could be the medicine she's on for pain.  She cracked a rib couple nights ago which didn't know about until the next morning after a trip to the emergency room at the local hospital.

I shall work on quilts again.... found out that my great-grandchild, according to the ultrasound will be a....... boy.  Connie would to name him Carson Joseph .... but Papa Joe doesn't like the name.... but I think he will give in to Connie!! :o)

If this laptop does not work right, real soon, it will be replaced!!
